Common use of Indigenous Peoples Clause in Contracts

Indigenous Peoples. The Borrower shall, when applicable in accordance with the provisions of the Indigenous Peoples’ Framework: (a) furnish to the Bank for its approval an Indigenous Peoples’ Plan for each Subproject; and (b) carry out the requirements specified by such Indigenous Peoples’ Plan in accordance with its terms.

Indigenous Peoples. The Borrower shall, when applicable in accordance with the provisions of the Indigenous Peoples’ Framework: (a) furnish to the Bank for its approval an Indigenous Peoples’ Plan for each SubprojectSubproject and Community Subprojects; and (b) carry out the requirements specified by such Indigenous Peoples’ Plan in accordance with its terms, taking into account the Bank’s views and recommendations thereon.
