Indigenous Peoples. The Borrower shall ensure that the Project will not negatively impact vulnerable groups, such as indigenous peoples. In the unforeseen event that indigenous people are affected by the Project, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project complies with ADB’s Policy on Indigenous Peoples (1998) and all applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower.
