Common use of Individual Coverage Clause in Contracts

Individual Coverage. The school district, effective, January 1, 2014, shall contribute a sum not to exceed $56 per month toward the cost of the premium for such individual coverage for each eligible employee employed by the school district who qualifies for and is enrolled in the school district's dental insurance plan. Any additional cost of the premium, shall be borne by the employee and paid by payroll deduction.

Individual Coverage. The school district, effective, January 1, 2014, School District shall contribute a an annual sum not to exceed $56 per month 325 for 20224-20246 toward the cost of the premium for such individual dental coverage for each eligible regular employee employed by the school district School District who qualifies for and is enrolled in the school district's School District group dental insurance plan.
