Extracurricular Pay Clause Samples

The 'Extracurricular Pay' clause defines how compensation is provided to employees, typically teachers or staff, for participating in activities outside their regular job duties, such as coaching sports, leading clubs, or supervising events. This clause usually outlines eligibility, payment rates, and the process for approval or assignment of extracurricular roles. Its core function is to ensure fair and transparent compensation for additional work, thereby encouraging staff participation in activities that enrich the educational environment.
