Common use of Individual Coverage Clause in Contracts

Individual Coverage. Effective July 1, 2024, the School District shall contribute an amount not to exceed $804 per month for each eligible employee employed by the School District who qualifies for and is enrolled in the School District group health and hospitalization plan. Effective January 1, 2025, the total monthly contribution shall increase but shall not exceed $804 per month. Effective January 1, 2026, the school district shall no longer offer this plan to employees. The cost of the premium not contributed by the School District shall be borne by the employee and paid by payroll deduction. This subdivision shall not apply to those eligible employees who select coverage under the high deductible health plan described in Subdivision 3.
