INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT. 2.1.1. The employment contract An individual employment contract is generally entered into for an indefinite period of time (permanent contract). A fixed-term employment contract (temporary contract) is possible. As a general rule, a temporary contract will not exceed one year and may be extended once by a maximum period of one year.
