Temporary Contract. A temporary contract ends automatically by operation of law when the period specified in this contract has elapsed. In case of temporary contracts of at least six months' duration, the employer will inform the employee in writing, no later than one month before the expiry date of the contract, of any continuation of the contract and of the conditions under which the contract will then be continued.

Temporary Contract. The temporary portion of a job share arrangement is filled with a temporary contract and is subject to all rights and conditions of the Collective Agreement. For the sake of this Article, the term of the temporary contract ends when the employee on the permanent contract or the Employer terminates the job share arrangement.
