Common use of INDIVIDUAL RIGHT OF EMPLOYEE Clause in Contracts

INDIVIDUAL RIGHT OF EMPLOYEE. 24.01 The Company agrees that it will not discharge, discipline or discriminate against any employee for any lawful Union activity or for serving on a Union Committee, or for reporting the violation of any provision of this agreement or for refusing to handle any work of the type described in the struck and/or disputed work clause.
