Individual Salary Increases. Nothing in this Article shall prevent Oregon Tech from making individual bargaining unit member salary increases, as needed, on a case-by-case basis, including retention increases or equity adjustments.
Individual Salary Increases a. Step-based Employees 1) Each eligible step-based employee shall receive a .50% salary increase. 2) The University will provide step-based employees a within- range one-half step merit increase, effective October 1, 2002 or the closest bi-weekly pay period. Eligible employees are career employees who have at least six months of service in a career appointment as of October 1, 2002, who are not at the maximum step or higher, and whose performance is satisfactory or better.
Individual Salary Increases. 1. If in the opinion of the employer the employee performs his duties satisfactorily, his salary shall be increased to the next amount in the salary grade. 2. If in the opinion of the employer the employee performs his duties very well or extremely well, his salary may be increased to a higher amount listed in the salary grade. 3. If in the opinion of the employer the employee does not perform his duties satisfactorily, no salary increase shall be given. 4. The salary increases referred to in the paragraphs 1 and 2 above shall be granted: a. if the employee is 21 or older and has not yet reached the maximum salary in the salary grade applicable to him, initially one year after commencement of employment and then every year. Until 1 July 2017, the age threshold from which this applies is 22. b. if the employee is younger than 21, as from the first day of the month of his birthday. Until 1 July 2017, the age threshold from which this applies is 22.

  • Salary Increases The Employer agrees to pay the negotiated salary increases to every employee not later than the month following the month in which this Agreement is signed and not later than the month following the month in which any subsequent salary increases become effective.

Whenever the Conversion Rate is increased, the Company shall mail to Securityholders and file with the Trustee and the Conversion Agent a notice of the increase. The Company shall mail the notice at least 15 days before the date the increased Conversion Rate takes effect. The notice shall state the increased Conversion Rate and the period it will be in effect. A voluntary increase of the Conversion Rate does not change or adjust the Conversion Rate otherwise in effect for purposes of Section 11.06, 11.07 or 11.08.

  • Wage Increases The wage rates in this Agreement will only be increased in accordance with any increases which may be awarded by the Australian Fair Pay Commission through wage reviews. The level of any increases will be such that the percentage wage increase as set out in Clause 15 of this agreement will be maintained. No additional increases in wage rates will apply to the rate of pay in Clause 15 of this Agreement while it is in operation.

  • Basic Salary For all your services rendered under this Agreement, UO shall pay you a salary at an annual rate of no less than $450,000, or at such higher salary as may be determined by your performance review and the Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Legal & Business Affairs, UPR. Such higher salary shall subsequently be deemed the annual rate, commencing on such date as the Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Legal & Business Affairs, UPR may determine, for purposes of this Agreement.

  • Base Compensation The Bank agrees to pay the Employee during the ----------------- term of this Agreement a salary at the rate of $76,000 per annum, payable in cash not less frequently than monthly; provided, that the rate of such salary shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors of the Bank not less often than annually, and Employee shall be entitled to receive annually an increase at such percentage or in such an amount as the Board of Directors in its sole discretion may decide.
