Individual Seniority. Except as provided in Article 6, Section 6.3, individual seniority shall not be recognized or applied to employees working on the Project; provided, however, that group and/or classification seniority in a Union's Schedule A as of the Effective Date of this CSWPA shall be recognized for purposes of layoffs.
