INDIVIDUAL WAIVERS. The Employer may approach individual employees within ninety (90) days of hire to propose an agreement between the Employer and the employee regarding submitting individual legal claims not covered by this CBA to binding private arbitration rather than court. Such an agreement to arbitrate individual legal claims, if made, would not affect the employees’ rights under the CBA. During the month of June each year, employees will have the opportunity to opt-in or opt- out of such agreement.
INDIVIDUAL WAIVERS. Training Entity shall not allow any person to take part in training activities it sponsors or conducts unless and until such person has executed a release and waiver on a form provided by the City.
INDIVIDUAL WAIVERS. The decision made by these active employees will supersede any previous decision made by that employee. The Employer will approach all new employees covered by the CBA within ninety (90) days of hire. Such an agreement to arbitrate individual legal claims, if made, would not affect the employees’ rights under this CBA.
INDIVIDUAL WAIVERS. The retreat contact will ensure that New Life Bible Camp will receive an individual liability waiver for each attendee, including youth and adults. If attendees are minors, retreat group will obtain the signature of at least one parent or legal guardian on each wavier.
INDIVIDUAL WAIVERS. RELEASES: Artist hereby irrevocably agrees that neither Artist nor anyone on artist’s behalf shall seek to obtain individual waivers or releases from participants, audience members, and spectators, with respect to Artist’s performance, and that any such waivers/releases shall be considered null and void. Artist further agrees that any attempt by Artist to obtain signed individual waivers/releases, whether successful or not, shall result in Artist immediately forfeiting any and all compensation for the performance while retaining all obligations to perform; and, should artist fail to perform, Artist shall reimburse Sponsor and College for all costs related to the scheduled performance with the exception of expenses solely related to other supporting acts, artists, or activities.
