Industrial First Aid Requirements and Courses. (a) Where the Employer has a contract with a client that requires the Employer to provide an employee with a First Aid Certificate, such employee will receive a premium equal to the amount specified in the contract between the Employer and the client for that certificate. (b) The Union and the Employer agree that First Aid Regulations made pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act shall be fully complied with.
