Common use of Industrial First Aid Requirements and Courses Clause in Contracts

Industrial First Aid Requirements and Courses. (a) Where the Employer has a contract with a client that requires the Employer to provide an employee with a First Aid Certificate, such employee will receive a premium equal to the amount specified in the contract between the Employer and the client for that certificate.

Industrial First Aid Requirements and Courses. (a) Where Provided that an employee’s work location requires a first aid certificate, and provided that the Employer has employee is in possession of a contract with a client relevant and valid first aid certification, then any and all employee(s) at that requires location will be compensated for their first aid certificate as per the Employer to provide an employee with a First Aid Certificate, such employee will receive a first aid premium equal to the amount specified rates noted in the contract between the Employer and the client for that certificate(e) below.
