Common use of Industrial Work Clause in Contracts

Industrial Work. The Employer shall pay to the Employee for each hour worked (not including any pay for time traveled) a vacation allowance equal to six (6%) percent of the applicable rate of pay, and a holiday pay allowance equal to four (4%) percent of the applicable rate of pay. Non-Industrial Work - The Employer shall pay to the employee for each hour worked (as defined in Article Seven hereof) a vacation allowance equal to six (6%) percent of the employee's straight time hourly rate, and a holiday pay allowance equal to four (4%) percent of the employee's straight time hourly rate.
