Industrial Work. 16.01 (a) In respect to work which falls within the definition of industrial work as set out in Article 5.02, the Employer shall engage only those Sub- contractors who are signatory or bound by this Agreement to perform work in the classifications herein contained. The Employer agrees to notify the Union of the name of such Sub- contractors prior to the Sub-contractor commencing work on the project.
