Ineligible Checks. You agree that you will not use the Service to scan and deposit any checks as listed below: • Checks payable to any person or entity other than the person or entity that owns the account that the check is being deposited into. • Checks payable jointly, unless deposited into an account in the name of all payees. • Checks with any endorsement on the back other than specified in this Agreement. • Checks containing obvious alteration to any of the fields on the front of the check, or which you know or suspect, or should know or suspect, are fraudulent or otherwise not authorized by the owner of the account on which the check is drawn. • Checks drawn on a financial institution located outside the United States. • Checks dated more than six (6) months prior to the date of deposit or future- dated checks. • Checks that are in any way incomplete. • Checks prohibited by the Bank’s current procedures relating to the Service or which are otherwise not acceptable under the terms of your Terms and Conditions of Your Account (“Terms and Conditions”), provided at the time of the New Account Opening. • Checks on which the numerical and written amount are different. • Checks that have been previously returned unpaid by the financial institution on which they are drawn, including substitute, and remotely created checks. • Checks that are payable to cash. • Checks that have been previously submitted through the Service or through a remote deposit capture service offered at any other financial institution. You are solely responsible for the quality, completeness, accuracy, validity, and integrity of the image. You are solely responsible for the security of your mobile device. You are solely responsible if you, intentionally or unintentionally, submit fraudulent, incorrect, or illegible images to us or if the Service is used, by authorized or unauthorized persons, to submit fraudulent, unauthorized, inaccurate, incorrect, or otherwise improper or unusable images to us. You will promptly provide any retained check, or a sufficient copy of the front and back of the check, to the Bank as requested to aid in the clearing and collection process, to resolve claims by third parties with respect to any check or check image, or for the Bank’s audit purposes. Ineligible Checks. You agree that you will not use the Service to scan and deposit any checks as listed below: Image Quality. The image of a check transmitted to the Bank using the Service must be legible, as determined by the sole discretion of the Bank. The image that is transmitted must be of such quality that the following information can easily be read:
Ineligible Checks. You agree that you will not create a digital image and attempt to deposit any ineligible check. Transactions containing an ineligible check may be rejected by us in our sole and absolute discretion. Properly payable checks that we consider ineligible for mobile deposit may be presented for deposit by conventional means. Ineligible checks include, but are not limited to: • Checks payable to any person or entity other than the person or entity that owns the account that the check is being deposited into; • Checks containing an alteration on the front of the check; • Checks and other items that you know or suspect, or should know or suspect, are fraudulent or otherwise not authorized by the owner of the account on which it is drawn; • Checks payable jointly, unless deposited into an account in the name of all the payees; • Checks drawn on a financial institution located outside the United States; • Checks that are remotely created checks (as defined in federal Regulation CC); • Checks not payable in United States currency; • Checks dated more than six (6) months prior to the date of deposit (i.e., stale dated checks); • Checks that are “VOID” after 90 days; • Image Replacement Document (IRD, aka Substitute Check); • Money Orders, Cashier’s Check, and Traveler’s Checks; • Checks that are not endorsed on the back in blue or black ink, with your signature and “For Mobile Deposit at Classic Bank Only”. • Checks that have previously been submitted through the Service, another remote deposit service, or previously presented for payment to any financial institution (duplicate deposit).

Ineligible Checks. You agree that you will not image and attempt to deposit any of the following types of Checks or items using the Service into your Bank Account. These items are referred to Ineligible Checks:
Ineligible Checks. You agree that you will not scan and deposit any of the following types of checks, which for purposes of this Agreement shall be considered ineligible checks: • Checks payable to any person or entity other than you. • Checks drawn on an account that you control at UVA Community Credit Union. • Checks payable jointly, unless deposited into an account in the name of all payees. • Travelers checks • Government checks • Checks stamped with a “non-negotiable” watermark. • Checks containing obvious alteration to any fields on the front of the check or that you know or suspect or should know or suspect, are fraudulent or otherwise not authorized by the owner of the account on which the check is drawn. • Checks previously converted to a substitute check, as defined in Reg CC. • Checks drawn on a financial institution outside the United States. • Checks that are incomplete. An incomplete check is any check that does not contain signatures of the maker or endorsement signatures, or is missing any of the information required during key-entry in an online deposit session. • Checks that are remotely created checks, as defined by Reg CC. • Checks not payable in United States currency. • Third party checks. • Checks with any endorsement on the back other than that specified in this Agreement. • Checks that have previously been submitted through this Service or through a Remote Deposit Capture Service offered at any other financial institution. • Checks dated more than six (6) months prior to the date of deposit. • Checks prohibited by our current procedures relating to this Service or that are otherwise not acceptable under the terms of your UVA Community Credit Union account. Online deposits of any of the above-listed ineligible checks may result in the Credit Union’s immediate suspension of a depositor’s authority to use this Service, and may subject the depositor to liability under this Agreement and/or applicable law, including possible criminal prosecution. The Credit Union retains the right to reject any check that we, in our sole discretion, determine to be ineligible for this Service.
Ineligible Checks. You agree that you will not use Mobile Deposit to deposit checks which:
Ineligible Checks. You agree that you will not attempt to deposit an Image of any of the following, including, but not limited to: (a) any Check payable to any person or entity other than you; (b) any Check payable jointly, unless properly endorsed and deposited into an Account in the name of all payees; (c) any Check containing any apparent alteration of any of the fields on the front or back of the Check (including the MICR line), or that you know or should suspect is fraudulent or otherwise not authorized by the owner of the account on which the Check is drawn; (d) any Check previously converted to a substitute check, as defined in Reg. CC; (e) any Check previously deposited via Mobile Deposit or at another financial institution; (f) any Check drawn on a financial institution located outside the United States and/or not payable in U.S. currency; (g) any stale-dated or post-dated Check; (h) any improperly endorsed Check; or (i) any Check prohibited by our current procedures relating to Mobile Deposit or that is otherwise restricted in your Membership and Account Agreement. We are not liable for any loss, costs, or fees you may incur if we do not accept an ineligible Check.
Ineligible Checks. You agree that you will not use the Mobile Deposit Service to scan and deposit any checks as listed below: - Checks payable to any person or entity other than the person or entity that owns the account that the check is being deposited into. - Checks payable jointly, unless deposited into an account in the name of all payees. - Checks with any endorsement on the back other than that specified in this Agreement. - Checks containing obvious alteration to any of the fields on the front of the check, or which you know or suspect, or should know or suspect, are fraudulent or otherwise not authorized by the owner of the account on which the check is drawn. - Electronically Created Items (ECI), which are images created electronically and not from a paper check (i.e. emailed checks). - Checks drawn on a financial institution located outside the United States. - Checks not payable in United States currency. - Checks that are remotely created. - Checks dated more than 6 months prior to the date of deposit or future-dated checks. - Checks that are in any way incomplete. - Checks prohibited by the Bank’s current procedures relating to the Service or which are otherwise not acceptable under the terms of your Account Agreement. - Checks on which the numerical and written amount are different. - Checks that have been previously returned unpaid by the financial institution on which they are drawn, including substitute and remotely created checks. - Checks that are payable to cash. - Checks that have been previously submitted through the Service or through a remote deposit capture service offered at any other financial institution.
Ineligible Checks. You understand and agree that you are not permitted to deposit the following items using Altra Mobile Deposit: • Any item drawn on your personal account at Altra Federal Credit Union • Any item issued by a financial institution in a foreign country • Any third party check (i.e., any item that is made payable to another party and then endorsed to you by such party) • Checks or items containing an obvious alteration to any of the fields on the front of the check or item which you know or suspect, or should know or suspect to be fraudulent • Any item that has been redeposited or returned previously • Checks that require authorization (COMCHEKS, RapidDrafts) • Savings BondsTravelers checks • Warrant checks • Stale or post-dated checks You agree to properly endorse each check prior to submitting such check through Altra Mobile Deposit.
