Common use of Influenza Immunization Clause in Contracts

Influenza Immunization. If the service provided involves administration of a publicly funded seasonal influenza vaccine as set out in the Influenza Immunization Program DPEBB Policy, as amended from time to time, the Influenza Immunization Fee (IIF) shall be $14.00. No incentives shall be provided by the Proprietor or an agent on behalf of the Proprietor to any other person in relation to drugs dispensed and services provided in the pharmacy pursuant to the Influenza Immunization Program.
