Common use of Informal Stage Clause in Contracts

Informal Stage. The employee, or group of employees must attempt to resolve a grievance by informal discussion with the Principal or immediate supervisor prior to initiating the formal grievance. The employee may be accompanied by an OSSTF representative at the employee‟s request.
