The Pupil's place will be cancelled, or, once the Pupil has started, Parents will be asked to withdraw the Pupil, without further charge if in the professional judgement of the Head and after consultation with the Parents and with the Pupil (where appropriate), the School is unable to provide adequately for the Pupil's special educational needs. The School reserves the right to charge for the provision of additional teaching where it is lawful to do so.

Parents must provide the School with all relevant information, prior to Entry. Copies of any specialist reports (e.g. speech and language or educational psychologist report) must be provided, as well as information relating to any access arrangements that may be required (e.g. due to a disability). After the Student joins the School, Parents are expected to provide the School with a copy of subsequent specialist reports within 2 weeks of the Parent receiving the report; this will enable the School to support the Student in the best way possible. The Parents will be asked to Withdraw the Student, without being charged Fees In Lieu Of Notice if, in the professional judgement of the Principal and after consultation with the Parents and with the Student (where appropriate), the School is unable to provide adequately for the Student's special educational needs.
