Information Available Through Internet 2. 1 Each Member shall make available, and update to the extent possible and as appropriate, the following through the internet: (a) a description8 of its procedures for importation, exportation, and transit, including procedures for appeal or review, that informs governments, traders, and • RKC, GA §§ 7 and 9 (9.1, 9.2, 9.3); • Recommendation (1999) on the Use of World Wide Web sites by Customs administrations; • Recommendation (2001) on the application of HS Committee Decisions; • Single Window Compendium (Chapter 2 in Volume 2). Article 1.2 specifies the information which should be made available to the public (through internet) regarding import, export and transit procedures (including forms, documents and contact information for enquiry points). Article 1.2 is cross-cutting with Article 1.1, 1.3 and 1.4.
