INFORMATION COVERED BY THIS. CONSENT FORM a) The consent collected by the form covers the following student personal information (identifying attributes): • Student name (first name and/or last name) • Sex/Gender • Date of Birth, age, year of birth AND the following school-based information (generally, non-identifying attributes*): • Student school username • Student school email • Student ID number • School • Year Group • Class • Teacher • Country *In cases where registration and/or use requires a combination of school-based information (non- identifying) and personal information, or a combination of school-based information, the school-based information may become identifiable. b) If an online service records, uses, discloses and/or publishes student works, parent information or additional student information (such as photographs of students), not listed above (Section 2a.), the school will specify it as part of the additional consent requirements on the form.   • Exclusions from Confidential Information Receiving Party's obligations under this Agreement do not extend to information that is: (a) publicly known at the time of disclosure or subsequently becomes publicly known through no fault of the Receiving Party; (b) discovered or created by the Receiving Party before disclosure by Disclosing Party; (c) learned by the Receiving Party through legitimate means other than from the Disclosing Party or Disclosing Party's representatives; or (d) is disclosed by Receiving Party with Disclosing Party's prior written approval.

  • Contractor Designation of Trade Secrets or Otherwise Confidential Information If the Contractor considers any portion of materials to be trade secret under section 688.002 or 812.081, F.S., or otherwise confidential under Florida or federal law, the Contractor must clearly designate that portion of the materials as trade secret or otherwise confidential when submitted to the Department. The Contractor will be responsible for responding to and resolving all claims for access to Contract-related materials it has designated trade secret or otherwise confidential.

  • Return or Destruction of Confidential Information If an Interconnection Party provides any Confidential Information to another Interconnection Party in the course of an audit or inspection, the providing Interconnection Party may request the other party to return or destroy such Confidential Information after the termination of the audit period and the resolution of all matters relating to that audit. Each Interconnection Party shall make Reasonable Efforts to comply with any such requests for return or destruction within ten days of receiving the request and shall certify in writing to the other Interconnection Party that it has complied with such request.

  • Disposition of Confidential Information Upon termination of Agreement or request of City, Contractor shall within forty-eight (48) hours return all Confidential Information which includes all original media. Once Contractor has received written confirmation from City that Confidential Information has been successfully transferred to City, Contractor shall within ten (10) business days purge all Confidential Information from its servers, any hosted environment Contractor has used in performance of this Agreement, work stations that were used to process the data or for production of the data, and any other work files stored by Contractor in whatever medium. Contractor shall provide City with written certification that such purge occurred within five (5) business days of the purge.

  • Protection of Confidential Information The Servicer shall keep confidential and shall not divulge to any party, without the Seller’s prior written consent, any nonpublic information pertaining to the Mortgage Loans or any borrower thereunder, except to the extent that it is appropriate for the Servicer to do so in working with legal counsel, auditors, taxing authorities or other governmental agencies or it is otherwise in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices.
