Initial Business Case. The PCG Team will identify the business problems and opportunities as well as high level system requirements that must be addressed in order to summarize the objectives for replacing the current ERP. The PCG Team will, based on the interview results and work sessions, document the functional and technical requirements to the level needed to make a recommendation about the feasibility of purchasing a new ERP system. This will include use of a Microsoft Excel-based Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) that will be incorporated into the RFP and used for evaluating vendor responses to each requirement statement. PCG will, at a minimum, consider all Government Accounting Requirements as well as requirements outlined in RFP Section 2.1 including:  Human Resources  Financial Services  Community Development Services  Public Works  Municipal Utilities  City Clerk  Community Services  Economic Development Department  City Attorney The PCG Team will gain concurrence of the City’s Project Manager that the documentation accurately and completely reflects the City’s ERP system requirements.
