Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least fifteen (15) days written notice to the SLDC / ALDC / DISCOM as the case may be, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System. 4.1.2 Subject to Article 4.1.1, the Power Project may be synchronized by the Power Producer to the Grid System when it meets all the connection conditions prescribed in the Grid Code and otherwise meets all other Indian legal requirements for synchronization to the Grid System. 4.1.3 The synchronization equipment and all necessary arrangements / equipment including Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) for scheduling of power generated from the Project and transmission of data to the concerned authority as per applicable regulation shall be installed by the Power Producer at its generation facility of the Power Project at its own cost. The Power Producer shall synchronize its system with the Grid System only after the approval of GETCO / SLDC / ALDC and GEDA. 4.1.4 The Power Producer shall immediately after each synchronization / tripping of generator, inform the sub-station of the Grid System to which the Power Project is electrically connected in accordance with applicable Grid Code. 4.1.5 The Power Producer shall commission the Project within SCOD. 4.1.6 The Power Producer shall be required to obtain Developer and/ or Transfer Permission, Key Plan drawing etc, if required, from GEDA. In cases of conversion of land from Agricultural to Non-Agriculture, the commissioning shall be taken up by GEDA only upon submission of N.A. permission by the Power Producer. 4.1.7 The Power Producer shall be required to follow the Forecasting and Scheduling procedures as per the Regulations issued by Hon’ble GERC from time to time. It is to clarify that in terms of GERC (Forecasting, Scheduling, Deviation Settlement and Related Matters of Solar and Wind Generation Sources) Regulations, 2019 the procedures for Forecasting, Scheduling & Deviation Settlment are applicable to all solar generators having combined installed capacity above 1 MW connected to the State Grid / Substation including those connected via pooling stations.
Post-Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications Each Party shall at its own expense perform routine inspection and testing of its facilities and equipment in accordance with Good Utility Practice as may be necessary to ensure the continued interconnection of the Large Generating Facility with the Participating TO’s Transmission System in a safe and reliable manner. Each Party shall have the right, upon advance written notice, to require reasonable additional testing of the other Party’s facilities, at the requesting Party’s expense, as may be in accordance with Good Utility Practice.
Project Staff Contractor shall appoint to the Project Staff: (i) individuals with suitable training and skills to provide the Work, and (ii) sufficient staffing to adequately provide the Work. Contractor shall make commercially reasonable efforts consistent with sound business practices to honor the specific request of the JBE with regard to assignment of its employees. The JBE may require Contractor to remove any personnel from the Project Staff that interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors (including, without limitation, the Contractor Project Manager) upon providing to Contractor a reason (permitted by law) for such removal. Contractor may, with the JBE’s consent, continue to retain such member of the Project Staff in a role that does not interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or
Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications Prior to the Commercial Operation Date, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall test the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades and Developer shall test the Large Generating Facility and the Developer Attachment Facilities to ensure their safe and reliable operation. Similar testing may be required after initial operation. Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each make any modifications to its facilities that are found to be necessary as a result of such testing. Developer shall bear the cost of all such testing and modifications. Developer shall generate test energy at the Large Generating Facility only if it has arranged for the injection of such test energy in accordance with NYISO procedures.
Alignment with Modernization Foundational Programs and Foundational Capabilities The activities and services that the LPHA has agreed to deliver under this Program Element align with Foundational Programs and Foundational Capabilities and the public health accountability metrics (if applicable), as follows (see Oregon’s Public Health Modernization Manual, (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/oha/PH/ABOUT/TASKFORCE/Documents/public_health_modernization_man ual.pdf): a. Summer Session A. All ASEs employed in the Summer Session shall receive the same general range adjustment as ASEs received in the preceding Fall term. B. The following articles apply to ASEs who are employed in the summer session: Recognition, Wages (range adjustment only), DCP, Travel, Health and Safety, Leaves, Holidays, Duration, Workspace and Instructional Support, Parking, Grievance and Arbitration, Waiver, Management and Academic Rights, No Strikes, Non-Discrimination, Union Access and Rights, Union Security, Discipline and Dismissal, Emergency Layoff, Employment Files and Evaluations, Definitions, Severability, Labor-Management Meetings, and Classifications. C. The remainder of the articles in the agreement does not apply to ASEs who are employed in the summer session. D. The topic of Summer Session, and effects of changes on terms and conditions of employment for ASEs employed in Summer Session, shall be reopened for bargaining commencing no later than January 2, 2001.
Equipment Testing and Inspection 2.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall test and inspect its Small Generating Facility and Interconnection Facilities prior to interconnection. The Interconnection Customer shall notify the NYISO and the Connecting Transmission Owner of such activities no fewer than five Business Days (or as may be agreed to by the Parties) prior to such testing and inspection. Testing and inspection shall occur on a Business Day. The Connecting Transmission Owner may, at its own expense, send qualified personnel to the Small Generating Facility site to inspect the interconnection and observe the testing. The Interconnection Customer shall provide the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner a written test report when such testing and inspection is completed. The Small Generating Facility may not commence parallel operations if the NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, finds that the Small Generating Facility has not been installed as agreed upon or may not be operated in a safe and reliable manner. 2.1.2 The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each provide the Interconnection Customer written acknowledgment that it has received the Interconnection Customer’s written test report. Such written acknowledgment shall not be deemed to be or construed as any representation, assurance, guarantee, or warranty by the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner of the safety, durability, suitability, or reliability of the Small Generating Facility or any associated control, protective, and safety devices owned or controlled by the Interconnection Customer or the quality of power produced by the Small Generating Facility.
Design Development Phase INDICATE IN STATEMENT OF WORK “NOT APPLICABLE” IF SECTION IS NOT APPLICABLE 1.1.6.1. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall prepare from the approved Schematic Design Studies, the Design Development Documents consisting of drawings (including at least architectural, landscaping, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical plans, building sections; and finish schedule), outline specifications following the Construction Specification Institute "CSI" Format and other necessary documents to fix and describe the size and character of the entire Project as to its site, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, materials and other such essentials as may be appropriate, for and until approved by the State. 1.1.6.2. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall conduct meetings with the State, Efficiency Vermont, and relevant members of the design team, to review the Design Development Documents for the purposes of furthering the energy efficiency objectives of the Project. 1.1.6.3. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall prepare for the State a revised accounting of how the Project is responding to LEED criteria. 1.1.6.4. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall submit to the State a revised Statement of Probable Construction Cost based thereon for and until approved by the State.
Phase 2 Phase 2 is expected to consist of Member Nodes and a select number of Nodes operated by non-Members. The non-Member Nodes will be required to comply with Node hosting terms as set forth by the Council, which may be amended from time to time (the “General Node Terms”).
STAFF ORIENTATION 4101 The Employer shall provide an appropriate orientation program for nurses newly employed. The orientation program shall include such essential information as policies, nursing procedures, the location of supplies and equipment, fire, safety and disaster plans. Where necessary, orientation shall be provided for nurses moving to a new area of practice. 4102 The Employer shall provide a program of inservice education for nurses pertinent to patient care. 4103 The Employer shall provide, access to reference materials as is required in relation to maintaining current knowledge of general nursing care.
