Recycling Cart. A heavy plastic receptacle with a rated capacity of at least 421 thirty-two (32) gallons and not more than ninety-six (96) gallons, having a hinged tight-fitting 422 lid, and wheels, that is approved by the Town Representative for use by Service Recipients 423 for Collection Services under this Agreement. 424 1.75 Refuse Rate Index (“RRI”). The Refuse Rate Index is a tool used to calculate 425 the Service Recipient Rate increase or decrease. The calculations are based on six (6) 426 factors: Labor, Diesel Fuel, Compressed Natural Gas (“CNG”) Fuel, Vehicle Replacement, 427 Vehicle Maintenance, and All Other (insurance, taxes, office expenses, utilities, etc.).
Recycling Cart. A heavy plastic receptacle having a hinged tight-fitting lid 6 and wheels, that is approved by the City Representative for use by Service Recipients for 7 SFD Recycling Service and that is appropriately labeled as a Recycling Cart. The 8 specifications for Recycling Carts, including capacity, are set forth in Exhibit 5 (“CART 9 SPECIFICATIONS AND PERFORMANCE CRITERIA”) to this Agreement.
Recycling Cart. Carts labeled for recycling furnished by the Contractor to each designated Residential, Multi-Family or Commercial Unit for use in the collection of recyclable materials on a single stream basis.

The specifications for Recycling Carts, including capacity, are 20 set forth in Exhibit 15 to this Agreement.

  • Recycling If this Agreement provides for the purchase or use of goods specified in PCC 12207 (for example, certain paper products, office supplies, mulch, glass products, lubricating oils, plastic products, paint, antifreeze, tires and tire-derived products, and metal products), this section is applicable with respect to those goods. Without limiting the foregoing, if this Agreement includes (i) document printing, (ii) parts cleaning, or (iii) janitorial and building maintenance services, this section is applicable. Contractor shall use recycled products in the performance of this Agreement to the maximum extent doing so is economically feasible. Upon request, Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the PCC 12200, in such goods regardless of whether the goods meet the requirements of PCC 12209. With respect to printer or duplication cartridges that comply with the requirements of PCC 12156(e), the certification required by this subdivision shall specify that the cartridges so comply.

  • TOOL STORAGE 1. A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees. 2. Where an employee is absent from work because of illness or accident and has advised the company in accordance with Clause 33 – Personal Leave of the award, the company shall ensure that the employee’s tools are securely stored during his/her absence.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Packing 3.9.1 The tenderer shall provide such packing of the Goods as is required to prevent their damage or deterioration during transit to their final destination, as indicated in the Contract. 3.9.2 The packing, marking, and documentation within and outside the packages shall comply strictly with such special requirements as shall be expressly provided for in the Contract

  • Transport The Parents consent to the Pupil travelling by any form of public transport and / or in a motor vehicle driven by a responsible adult who is duly licensed and insured to drive a vehicle of that type.

  • Packaging Tangible product shall be securely and properly packed for shipment, storage, and stocking in appropriate, clearly labeled, shipping containers and according to accepted commercial practice, without extra charge for packing materials, cases, or other types of containers. All containers and packaging shall become and remain Customer’s property.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Storage The ordering agency is responsible for storage if the contractor delivers within the time required and the agency cannot accept delivery.
