Initial Phase – Duration. The Initial Phase will commence on the Effective Date. If the requirement to deliver Project Plans for Lessor’s review and the Parties’ conferral, as set forth in Section 3.2.2.2 below, is not satisfied by the third (3rd) Lease Anniversary, the Initial Phase will expire and this Lease may be cancelled pursuant to Section 5.4 below. If, however, Lessee satisfies the requirement to deliver Project Plans for Lessor’s review as set forth in Section 3.2.2.2, then the Initial Phase will expire upon the Operations Date.

  • Pact Duration This Pact begins when both parties have legally signed it.   • Production Phase contract period in which the Development and the Production are to be performed.

  • Construction Phase Fee Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee is the maximum amount payable to Contractor for any cost or profit expectation incurred in the performance of the Work that is not specifically identified as being eligible for reimbursement by Owner elsewhere in this Agreement. References in the UGSC to Contractor’s “overhead” and “profit” mean Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee. The Construction Phase Fee includes, but is not limited to, the following items:

  • Maximum Duration Up to five years. The five-year period is a cumulative total of all absences from employment at the University due to the employee’s service in the military. If it appears that an employee has exceeded the five-year total, the appropriate University Human Resources office must be contacted to verify the total length of the employee’s military service, and determine the department’s obligation to place the employee.
