Initial Provisioning Conference. The Seller will organize an Initial Provisioning conference at MSC or ANACS that will include participation of major Suppliers, as agreed upon during the Preprovisioning Meeting (the “Initial Provisioning Conference”). Such Initial Provisioning Conference will take place no earlier than eight (8) weeks after Manufacturer Serial Number (MSN) allocation, Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) selection or Customer Definition Freeze (CDF), whichever last occurs.
