Common use of Initial Provisioning Training Clause in Contracts

Initial Provisioning Training. Upon the request of the Buyer, the Seller can provide Initial Provisioning training for the Buyer's provisioning and purchasing personnel. The following areas shall be covered: (i) The Seller during the Pre-Provisioning Meeting shall familiarize the Buyer with the provisioning documents. (ii) The technical function as well as the necessary technical and commercial Initial Provisioning Data shall be explained during the Initial Provisioning Conference. (iii) A familiarization with the Seller's purchase order administration system shall be conducted during the Initial Provisioning Conference.
