INITIAL VACATION. 40.07 Employees commencing employment with the University during one vacation year shall be entitled to vacation with pay during the following vacation year in the amount of one and one-quarter (1 1/4) days for each complete month of seniority (prorated for partial months) during the qualifying vacation year.
