Common use of Injured Worker Provisions Clause in Contracts

Injured Worker Provisions. (a) An Employee who is injured during working hours and who is required to leave for treatment or is sent home as a result of such injury shall receive payment for the remainder of the shift at his/her regular rate of pay. (b) Such employee shall be provided with transportation to his/her doctor’s or hospital and to his/her home.
