Communication Meetings. 22.01 The Board shall provide bulletin boards accessible to the employees and upon which the Union shall have the right to post notices of meetings, seniority lists provided by the Board, and other notices approved by the Board.
Communication Meetings. The Association and the Board recognize the importance of free and open communication as being in the best interest of the entire education program. Therefore, a personnel committee consisting of two Board members and the Superintendent or designee shall meet with two Association members not more often than quarterly during the school term for the purpose of discussing items of mutual concern. The meetings may be initiated by either the Board or the Association.
Communication Meetings. The Company will provide for a paid communication meeting of up to 1 hour each quarter of the year for employees and their union to discuss matters affecting their employment with the Company. This is subject to prior arrangement with and approval of the Company regarding the timing and location of the meeting, and the measures that will be taken to minimise disruption to operations. Attendance at these meetings will be permitted on a without loss of ordinary time pay basis for employees who are otherwise rostered to work ordinary hours during the meeting.
Communication Meetings. 18.01 On the request of either Party, Company representatives and employee representatives shall meet at least once every two (2) months until this Agreement is terminated, for the purpose of discussing issues relating to the workplace that affect the Parties or any employee bound by this Agreement.
Communication Meetings. A communication meeting may be held at a regularly scheduled time if requested by the Association or the District. The meeting shall consist of two Association representatives and two District representatives. The meeting shall be used as an open forum to discuss employer/employee issues.
Communication Meetings. At the request of either Party, the Company and the Union will meet at such time and place as may be mutually agreed upon for the purpose of discussing issues relating to the workplace that affect the Parties or any employee bound by this Agreement. The Company shall pay wages, benefits and any other entitlement as provided for in this Agreement for all time spent in such meetings.
Communication Meetings. Each Union shall be entitled to twelve paid communication meetings which are to be held throughout the year during rostered hours of work. An authorised Company representative must approve the timing and duration of these meetings. The Unions will endeavour to hold their meetings at the same time. If the meetings are not held at the same time, there must still be sufficient mines rescue employees working to ensure the continued operation of the Mine. The Unions will supply tentative dates of the meetings over a 12 month period, on an annual basis, and will confirm the dates of the next meeting at the monthly Union/Management report back meeting.

An authorised Company representative must approve the timing and duration of these meetings, for a duration of up to three (3) hours each, inclusive of travel time to and from site, which are to be held throughout the year during rostered hours of work. The Unions will endeavour to hold their meetings at the same time. If the meetings are not held at the same time, there must still be sufficient mines rescue employees working to ensure the continued operation of the Mine. The Unions will supply tentative dates of the meetings over a 12 month period, on an annual basis, and will confirm the dates of the next meeting at the monthly Union/Management Company report back meeting. During Monthly Communication Meetings, the Union will endeavour to provide coverage to operate and provide breakdown coverage for the essential critical mining equipment for Dragline, Coal Handling Plant and Train Loadout Operations. This clause will not preclude Employees from attending Monthly Communication Meetings if they choose.
Communication Meetings. The parties agree that communication is a continuous improvement issue and the responsibility of all who comprise the enterprise.
Communication Meetings. The parties agree that open communications is mutually beneficial, therefore a minimum of (2) two meetings per year may take place to allow the parties to exchange ideas and concerns in a professional and cooperative spirit. It shall be the responsibility of the Association President to schedule these meetings with the Superintendent. When possible these meetings will be scheduled in October and March.
