Common use of INJURY ON THE JOB Clause in Contracts

INJURY ON THE JOB. 20.01 Employees who are injured at work and who are unable to continue at their job shall be paid at their regular earnings for the balance of the shift in which the injury occurred.

INJURY ON THE JOB. 20.01 16.1 Employees who are injured at work and who are unable to continue at their job shall be paid at their regular earnings for the balance of the shift in on which the injury occurredoccurs. The employee agrees to reimburse the Centre if he/she receives benefits from the Workers Compensation Board for that day.

INJURY ON THE JOB. 20.01 19.1 Employees who are injured at work and who are unable to continue at their job or who are sent home by the Company because of compensable injury shall be paid at their regular earnings for the balance of the shift in on which the injury occurredoccurs.

INJURY ON THE JOB. 20.01 Employees 38.01 In accordance with WSIB requirements, employees who are injured at work and who are unable to continue at their job shall be paid at their regular earnings for the balance of the shift in on which the injury occurredoccurs.
