Common use of Inmate Education Program Clause in Contracts

Inmate Education Program. 11.8.1 Unit members will be compensated at the non-instructional rate if they are kept in the jail facility during a lock down. This time is an ancillary activity. Unit members will submit to the District a time card with the actual hours the unit member was in lock down. 11.8.2 Inmate Education Programs often have more prescriptive rules and regulations than the District due to the population served.
