Common use of Innovative Work Schedules Clause in Contracts

Innovative Work Schedules. An innovative schedule is defined as a work schedule that requires a change, modification or waiver of any provisions of this Employment Agreement. Written innovative work schedules may be established by mutual agreement between the Hospital and the employee involved. Prior to the implementation of a new innovative work schedule, the Employer and the Union will review and determine conditions of employment relating to that work schedule. Where innovative schedules are utilized, the Employer retains the right to revert back to the eight (8) hour day schedule or the work schedule which was in effect immediately prior to the innovative work schedule, after at least three (3) weeks' advance notice to the employee.

At the time of execution of this Agreement, agreed innovative schedules are those set out in Appendices C, D, E and F.

Where innovative schedules are utilized, the Employer retains the right to revert back to the eight (8) hour day schedule or the work schedule which was in effect immediately prior to the innovative work schedule, after at least three two (32) weeks' ’ advance notice to the employee.

Prior to the implementation of a new innovative work schedule, the Employer and the Union will review and determine conditions of employment relating to that work schedule. Where innovative schedules are utilized, the Employer retains the right to revert back to the eight (8) hour day schedule or the work schedule which was in effect immediately prior to the innovative work schedule, after at least three (3) weeks' advance notice to the employeeLPN.

Prior to the implementation of a new innovative work schedule, the Employer and the Union will review and determine conditions of employment relating to that work schedule. Where innovative schedules are utilized, the Employer retains the services to right to revert back to the eight (8) hour day schedule or the employees' work schedule which that was in effect immediately prior to before the innovative work schedule, after at least three provided that the Employer gives four (34) weeks' week advance notice to the employeeemployees.

Where innovative schedules are utilized, the Employer retains the right to revert back to the eight (8) hour day schedule or the work schedule which was in effect immediately prior to the innovative work schedule, after at least three four (34) weeks' weeks advance notice to the employee.
