Inspection and Records. During the Term, Seller shall inspect, maintain and repair the Facility and the components thereof in order to maintain such equipment in accordance with Prudent Electric Industry Practice and shall keep records with respect to inspections, maintenance and repairs thereto consistent with Seller’s reasonable business judgment. The records of such activities shall be available for inspection by PGE during Seller’s regular business hours upon reasonable notice.
