No Liability for Review. No review and approval by BPDB of any agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specifications or design proposed by the Company shall relieve the Company from any liability that it would otherwise have had for its negligence in the preparation of such agreement, document, Instrument, drawing, specification or design or failure to comply with the applicable Laws of Bangladesh with respect thereto, or to satisfy the Company’s obligations under this Contract and the other documents comprising the Security Package.
No Liability for Review. No review or approval by JPS of any agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specifications or design proposed by the Company shall relieve the Company from any liability that it would otherwise have had for its negligence in the preparation of such agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specifications or design or from failure to comply with the applicable Laws of Jamaica with respect thereto, nor shall JPS be liable to the Company or any other person by reason of its review or approval of an agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specification, or design.
No Liability for Review. No review or approval by a Party of any agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specification or design proposed by the other Party shall relieve the proposing Party from any liability that it would otherwise have had for its negligence in the preparation of such agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specification or design or from the failure to comply with applicable laws with respect thereto, nor shall a Party be liable to the other Party or any other person by reason of its review or approval of an agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specification or design of the other Party.
No Liability for Review. Except to the extent expressly provided in this Agreement,
(a) no review, comment or approval by the Authority/Government Authorities/ of the DPR, the Designs and Drawing, the Transaction Documents or the documents submitted by the Concessionaire nor any observation or inspection of the construction, operation or maintenance of the Project nor the failure to review, approve, comment, observe or inspect hereunder shall relieve or absolve the Concessionaire from its obligations, duties and liabilities under this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits; and
(b) the Authority or any Government Authority or GoAP shall not be liable to the Concessionaire by reason of any review, comment, approval observation or inspection referred in sub-section (a) above.
No Liability for Review. No review or approval by the Purchaser of any agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specifications or design proposed by the Seller shall relieve the Seller from any liability that it would otherwise have had for its negligence in the preparation of such agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specifications or design or from failure to comply with the applicable Laws of Tanzania with respect thereto, nor shall the Purchaser be liable to the Seller or any other person by reason of its review or approval of an agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specification, or design. Furthermore, the Purchaser shall not be liable to the Seller or any other person by reason of its observation or inspection of, or any suggestions relating to, the construction, testing, operation or maintenance of the Plant.
No Liability for Review. No review, non-objection or approval by the GOP, the AEDB or any Relevant Authority of any agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specifications or design proposed by the Seller shall relieve the Seller from any liability that it would otherwise have had for its negligence in the preparation of such agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specification or design or failure to comply with the applicable Laws of Pakistan with respect thereto, or to satisfy the Seller’s obligations under this Agreement, nor shall the GOP, the AEDB or any Relevant Authority be liable to the Seller or any other Person by reason of its review and approval of an agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specification, or design.
No Liability for Review. No review and approval by a Party of any agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specifications, or design proposed by another Party nor any inspection carried out by a Party pursuant to this Agreement shall relieve another Party from any liability that it would otherwise have had for its negligence in the preparation of such agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specification, or design or the carrying out of such works or failure to comply with the applicable Laws of Montenegro with respect thereto, or to satisfy another Party‟s obligations under this Agreement nor shall a Party be liable to another Party or any other Person by reason of its review or approval of an agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specification, or design or such inspection.
No Liability for Review. No review and approval by the Purchaser of any agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specifications, or design proposed by the Seller, nor any inspection of the Facility construction works or the Seller Interconnection Facilities carried out by the Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement, shall relieve the Seller from any liability that it would otherwise have had for its negligence in the preparation of such agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specification, or design, the carrying out of such works, any failure to comply with the applicable Laws of Afghanistan with respect thereto or to satisfy the Seller’s obligations under this Agreement. Nor shall the Purchaser be liable to the Seller or any other Person by reason of its review or approval of an agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specification, or design or such inspection.
No Liability for Review. No review and approval by the Government or any Relevant Authority of any agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specifications or design proposed by the Concessionaire nor any inspection of the EPC Works or the Concessionaire Interconnection Works shall relieve the Concessionaire from any liability that it would otherwise have had for its negligence in the preparation of such agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specification or design or the carrying out of such works or failure to comply with the applicable Laws of Mongolia with respect thereto or to satisfy the Concessionaire's obligations under this Agreement, nor shall the Government be liable to the Concessionaire or any other Person by reason of its review or approval of an agreement document, instrument, drawing, specification or design or such inspection.
No Liability for Review. No review or approval by GPL of any agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specifications or design proposed by the Company shall relieve the Company from any liability that it would otherwise have had for its negligence in the preparation of such agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specifications or design or from failure to comply with the applicable Laws of Guyana with respect thereto, nor shall GPL be liable to the Company or any other person by reason of its review or approval of an agreement, document, instrument, drawing, specification, or design.
