Inspection and Testing of Goods. 4.1 Buyer may inspect, review and/or test the Goods and the Services at all reasonable times during manufacture, processing, storage or otherwise and Supplier shall provide Buyer with all facilities and assistance reasonably required for such inspection and testing. Notwithstanding any such inspection or testing, the Supplier shall remain fully responsible for the Goods and/or Services and such inspection or testing shall not diminish or affect the Buyer’s rights under or pursuant to the Purchase Order. Buyer shall inform Supplier if the Goods and/or Services, or any parts thereof, do not comply with the Purchase Order.
