Inspection Database. The WCD will maintain an online database utilizing a proprietary ESRI ArcGIS Online platform. The database will be for performing and storing data from on-site erosion and sediment control inspections, BMP maintenance inspections, and BMP maintenance activities. WCD has purchased and will continue to administer all necessary licenses for use and maintenance of the database on behalf of Watershed District. Watershed District retains ownership of all necessary licenses for use and maintenance of the database. Watershed District data will be entered into and maintained in the database created and maintained pursuant to this paragraph at the sole and exclusive discretion and direction of the Administrator. Any data designated not-public by the Administrator will be immediately removed from the database created and maintained pursuant to this paragraph, except as necessary for WCD to fulfill any obligation under the Data Practices Act. Any data removed by or at the direction of the Administrator will be restored only at the direction of the Administrator. Inspection Database. 1. The Commission shall develop, maintain and update an inspection database to which all Member States shall be connected and which shall contain all the information required for the implementation of the inspection system provided for by this Directive. This database will be based on the inspection database referred to in Article 24 of Directive 2009/16/EC and have similar functionalities. 2. Member States shall ensure that the information related to inspections performed in accordance with this Directive, including on deficiencies and prohibition of departure orders, is transferred without delay to the inspection database as soon as the inspection report is completed or the prohibition of departure order lifted. With regard to the particulars of the information, provisions of Annex XIII of Directive 2009/16/EC shall apply mutatis mutandis. 3. Member States shall ensure that the information transferred to the inspection database is validated within 72 hours for publication purposes. 4. The Commission shall ensure that the inspection database makes it possible to retrieve any relevant data concerning the implementation of this Directive on the basis of the inspection data provided by Member States. 5. Member States shall have access to all the information recorded in the inspection database which is relevant for implementing the inspection system of this Directive and of Directive 2009/16/EC.

  • Inspection of Records Upon reasonable notice to the Administrative Trustees and the Property Trustee, the records of the Trust shall be open to inspection by Securityholders during normal business hours for any purpose reasonably related to such Securityholder's interest as a Securityholder.
