Inspection Items. Seller shall, on or before ten (10) days after the Effective Date, deliver to Purchaser copies of all information, studies or reports in Seller's possession, custody or control with respect to soils, engineering and environmental matters.
Inspection Items. Seller shall, on or before fifteen (15) days after the Effective Date, deliver to Purchaser copies of all studies or reports in Seller's possession with respect to soils, engineering and environmental matters, and copies of all written documentation with respect to the pending action by the City of Colorado Springs to condemn a sewer line on the west side of the Center.
Inspection Items. Within ten (10) days after the Effective Date, Seller shall deliver to Buyer copies (to the extent in Seller’s possession or custody or control) of all information, plans, studies, tests and reports including without limitation, those with respect to soils, traffic, survey, environmental conditions, drainage, land use, title policies, development, geohazard, engineering and recorded or unrecorded governmental documents, easements and all other documents as or relating to the Property. If Buyer does not close, all other copies shall be returned to Seller. Attached is the form (Exhibit B) which Seller shall deliver to Buyer to be completed by Seller to the best of Seller’s current actual knowledge as to a list by Seller of all fees and assessments associated with the Property that are due, have been paid, or are expected, to the City of Colorado Springs (“City”).
Inspection Items. Seller has, prior to the Effective Date, delivered to Purchaser an environmental assessment, dated December 12, 1996, and prepared by E-Quest Corporation (the "Environmental Audit"), together with copies of all other studies or reports in Seller's possession with respect to soils, engineering and environmental matters.
Inspection Items. Copies of all items provided to or made available to Purchaser under Section 3.1 are true and complete copies of the originals of each such instrument.
Inspection Items. Seller, at its sole cost and expense, shall from and after the Effective Date hereof deliver to Buyer, or otherwise make available to Buyer, for its inspection and copying at Suite 303, 200 Concord Plaza, in San Antonio, Texas, at Buyer's expense, the following (the "Inspection Items"), to the extent the same are in the possession of Seller, and Seller makes no representations or warranties, written or oral, express or implied, with respect to any Inspection Items, including, but not limited to, the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of any such items, except as specifically set out in Section 13, below:
9.1. Copies of all of the Project Plans (as defined in Section 1.4, above);
Inspection Items. (i) Copies of any Inspection Items provided to or made available to Buyer are true and correct copies of the originals of each such instrument, and (ii) copies of the real property tax bills for the Property that have been furnished by Seller to Buyer are true and correct copies of all such tax bills.

5) Plumbness and Alignment Equipment Testing
6) Well Development Swabbing Tool Pumping Equipment Discharge Assembly
7) Well Testing Sand Test Well and Aquifer Tests Video Survey Plumbness and Alignment Testing
8) Disinfection Disinfection Agent Disinfection
9) Final Casing Stick-up and Security Site Clean-up
Inspection Items. Seller agrees that it has either previously delivered to Buyer or will deliver to Buyer within five business (5) days after the Effective Date the following (the "Inspection Items"):
(a) Copies of the "as built" plans and specifications prepared by Seller's architect and civil engineer for the Property, and any other engineering studies which, to the knowledge of Seller, in its good faith belief, are in the possession of Seller (but nothing herein creates any obligation on the part of Seller to cause any such studies to be prepared);
(b) Copies of all soils reports, and environmental reports, in Seller's possession pertaining to the Property to the extent such reports are in the possession of Seller;
(c) Copies of all certificates of occupancy for the Property;
(d) Copies of all certificates and/or other evidence of insurance insuring the Property;
Inspection Items. The Partnership shall make available to Investor at the office of the property manager (the "PROPERTY MANAGER") or at such other location chosen by the Partnership in New York, New York, during normal business hours the following, to the extent in the Partnership's possession the following, all as same presently exists or as same may change to reflect the operation (in accordance with the terms hereof) of the Property up to the Closing Date: plans and specifications; environmental and engineering reports relating to the Premises; copies of the Existing Loan Documents (as hereinafter defined); copies of all the Leases and new leases entered into in accordance with SECTION 6.6 hereof (together with the related tenant files, correspondence and records) and other leases, licenses and occupancy agreements demising space at the Premises, if any, and all subleases, assignments and related consents, including but not limited to, those entered into by the Partnership after the Execution Date in accordance with the terms hereof, including all amendments, modifications and supplements thereto; the Service Contracts, together with all amendments, modifications and supplements relating thereto; the Partnership's books and records relating to the operation of the Premises (but excluding any third party appraisals or any internal documents relating to the value of the Premises), and all ledgers and management and maintenance records.
