Inspection Methods. Quality control inspections shall cover all services included in the contract. The plan shall specify areas to be inspected for safety compliance during all phases of operations on either a scheduled or unscheduled basis. The plan shall describe how inspections will be conducted, how the results will be evaluated, the pass-fail criteria, how the Quality Control (QC) results will be provided to Government and who will accomplish the inspections. The plan shall include a monthly schedule of Quality Control checks to be performed.

Inspection Methods. 5.1 Inspection of conduction type on polysilicon shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 1550. 5.2 Measurement of resistivity of polysilicon shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 1552. 5.3 Measurement of minority carrier lifetime shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 1553 or SEMI MF1535. 5.4 Measurement of oxygen density in polysilicon shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 1557. 5.5 Measurement of carbon density in polysilicon shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 1558. 5.6 Inspection of fractured interlayer in polysilicon shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 4061. 5.7 Measurement of III-V group impurities in polysilicon shall be carried out in accordance with SEMI MF1389. 5.8 Measurement of III-V group impurities in monosilicon shall be carried out in accordance with SEMI MF1630. 5.9 The sizes of rod-shaped polysilicon shall be measured by a vernier caliper; the distribution scope of sizes of lumpy polysilicon and granulose polysilicon shall be tested by a sift, or any other method determined by both Parties through negotiation. 5.10 The surface quality of polysilicon shall be examined by naked eye.

The Quality Assurance samples may or may not include samples evaluated as part of the Contractor’s QC program at the discretion of the Government.   • Construction Methods 3.1 The Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor and work for the excavation and removal of the unsuitable subgrade soils and their subsequent replacement with the specified backfill soils as directed by the Owner’s representative. All work under this item shall be performed in a safe and workmanlike manner. 3.2 All work shall be performed in accordance with DelDOT Standard Specifications Section 821. 3.3 Following the removal of existing pavements, the Owner’s representative will review the exposed subgrade and provide recommendations for the undercutting of unsuitable subgrade materials as required. The depth and extent of undercut excavation, if required, will be determined by the Owner’s representative at the time of excavation. 3.4 All excavated materials shall become the property of the Contractor and be removed from the site at the completion of the project at no additional expense to the Owner. 3.5 Undercut excavations should be backfilled with graded aggregate. Backfill shall be placed in loose lifts not exceeding 8 inches thick. Each lift should be compacted with at least 3 passes of a minimum 5-ton, walk-behind or self-propelled vibratory roller when the size of the area permits, or with a vibrating plate mechanical compactor for smaller areas. Lift thickness shall be reduced to 6 inch loose lift when using a vibratory plate compactor. 3.6 The Contractor shall take precautions as necessary to minimize the potential for disturbance or softening of the pavement subgrade materials from inclement weather or construction traffic. As a minimum, this shall include the placement of backfill on the same day as the excavation. Any soft areas which develop shall be undercut and replaced with graded aggregate at no additional cost to the Owner. 3.7 Where undercutting is performed, the geotextile fabric shall be installed. The fabric should be pulled tight and lapped a minimum of 12 inches.

The Contractor shall take whatever measures it deems necessary to insure that all employees, suppliers, fabricators, material men, subcontractors, or their assigns, comply with this requirement. 8.2 The Contractor shall ensure that Texas Department of Health licensed individuals, consultants or companies are used for any required asbestos work including asbestos inspection, asbestos abatement plans/specifications, asbestos abatement, asbestos project management and third-party asbestos monitoring.

  • Inspection/Testing In order to assess Supplier’s work quality and/or compliance with this Order, upon reasonable notice by Buyer: (a) all goods, materials and services related to the items purchased hereunder, including, raw materials, components, assemblies, work in process, tools and end products shall be subject to inspection and testing by Buyer, its customer, representative or regulatory authorities at all places, including sites where the goods are made or located or the services are performed, whether at Supplier’s premises or elsewhere; and (b) all of Supplier’s facilities, books and records relating to this Order shall be subject to inspection by Buyer or its designee. If specific Buyer and/or Buyer’s customer tests, inspection and/or witness points are included in this Order, the goods shall not be shipped without an inspector’s release or a written waiver of test/inspection/witness with respect to each such point; however, Buyer shall not be permitted to unreasonably delay shipment; and Supplier shall notify Buyer in writing at least twenty (20) days prior to each of Supplier’s scheduled final and, if applicable, intermediate test/inspection/witness points. Supplier agrees to cooperate with such/audit inspection including, completing and returning questionnaires and making available its knowledgeable representatives. Buyer’s failure to inspect or test goods, materials or services or Buyer’s failure to reject or detect defects by inspection or testing shall not relieve Supplier from its warranty obligations or any of its other obligations or responsibilities under this Order. Supplier agrees to provide small business as well as minority and/or women owned business utilization and demographic data upon request.

  • Inspection of Work It is FIRST PARTY's obligation to make the work product available for CITY's inspections and periodic reviews upon request by CITY.

  • Equipment Testing and Inspection 2.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall test and inspect its Small Generating Facility and Interconnection Facilities prior to interconnection. The Interconnection Customer shall notify the NYISO and the Connecting Transmission Owner of such activities no fewer than five Business Days (or as may be agreed to by the Parties) prior to such testing and inspection. Testing and inspection shall occur on a Business Day. The Connecting Transmission Owner may, at its own expense, send qualified personnel to the Small Generating Facility site to inspect the interconnection and observe the testing. The Interconnection Customer shall provide the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner a written test report when such testing and inspection is completed. The Small Generating Facility may not commence parallel operations if the NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, finds that the Small Generating Facility has not been installed as agreed upon or may not be operated in a safe and reliable manner. 2.1.2 The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each provide the Interconnection Customer written acknowledgment that it has received the Interconnection Customer’s written test report. Such written acknowledgment shall not be deemed to be or construed as any representation, assurance, guarantee, or warranty by the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner of the safety, durability, suitability, or reliability of the Small Generating Facility or any associated control, protective, and safety devices owned or controlled by the Interconnection Customer or the quality of power produced by the Small Generating Facility.

  • Selection of Architect/Construction Drawings Landlord shall retain, on behalf of Tenant, FPBA Architects (the “Architect”) to prepare the “Construction Drawings,” as that term is defined in this Section 3.1. Landlord shall retain, on behalf of Tenant, engineering consultants and/or design-build consultants designated by Landlord (the “Engineers”) to prepare all plans and engineering working drawings relating to the structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HYAC work of the Improvements and any relevant components of the Landlord Work. The plans and drawings to be prepared by Architect and the Engineers hereunder shall be known collectively as the “Construction Drawings.” All Construction Drawings shall comply with the drawing format and specifications as determined by Landlord, and shall be subject to Landlord’s approval as more particularly set forth in Sections 3.2 and 3.3, below. Notwithstanding Landlord’s retention of the Architect and Engineers, Tenant shall be responsible for, and shall fully cooperate and coordinate in good faith with Landlord, the Architect and the Engineers to supply all of the necessary information within Tenant’s possession to allow the Architect and the Engineers to initially prepare and then complete, the Construction Drawings. Landlord hereby agrees (at no cost to Landlord) to cooperate, on a commercially reasonable basis, with Tenant to assist Tenant in the preparation of the Construction Drawings. Landlord’s review of the Construction Drawings applicable to the Improvements (as opposed to Landlord Work) and as set forth in this Section 3, shall be for its sole purpose and shall not imply Landlord’s review of the same, or obligate Landlord to review the same, for quality, design, Code compliance or other like matters. Accordingly, notwithstanding that any Improvement-related portions of such Construction Drawings are reviewed by Landlord, and notwithstanding any advice or assistance which may be rendered to Tenant by Landlord, Landlord shall have no liability whatsoever in connection therewith and shall not be responsible for any omissions or errors contained in such portions of the Construction Drawings, and Tenant’s waiver and indemnity set forth in this Lease shall specifically apply to such portions of the Construction Drawings.

  • Technical Specifications and Drawings a) The Goods and Related Services supplied under this Contract shall conform to the technical specifications and standards mentioned in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements and, when no applicable standard is mentioned, the standard shall be equivalent or superior to the official standards whose application is appropriate to the Goods' country of origin. b) The Supplier shall be entitled to disclaim responsibility for any design, data, drawing, specification or other document, or any modification thereof provided or designed by or on behalf of the Procuring Entity, by giving a notice of such disclaimer to the Procuring Entity. c) Wherever references are made in the Contract to codes and standards in accordance with which it shall be executed, the edition or the revised version of such codes and standards shall be those specified in the Schedule of Requirements. During Contract execution, any changes in any such codes and standards shall be applied only after approval by the Procuring Entity and shall be treated in accordance with GCC Clause 33.
