Nothing in the Agreement to Proceed shall limit or exclude TCG Legal’s liability for: • death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or the negligence of its employees, agents or subcontractors; • fraud or fraudulent misrepresenta�on; or • breach of the terms implied by sec�ons 49 to 52 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
TCG Legal reserves the right to assign the Agreement to Proceed and all rights under it and to subcontract to others all or any of Our obliga�ons under it.
If You do not instruct TCG Legal in wri�ng but instruct TCG Legal over the telephone, You will s�ll be bound by the Agreement to Proceed.
You may cancel this Agreement to Proceed at any time after you have signed it by either using the Cancellation Form enclosed (also available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇).
If necessary, the developer(s) shall enter into a Memorandum of Understanding or an Agreement to Proceed with RMCL (representing the current dwelling house owners of the Riverwoods Housing Development) prior to the commencement of the construction of the townhouses on the parcel(s) of land in the best interest of all parties to avert and or treat with any perceived misunderstandings/disruptions/inconveniences.
By completing the Agreement to Proceed You to provide Instruction for the Legal Partner to proceed with a Plevin PPI Claim(s) on your behalf.
