Agreement to Proceed definition

Agreement to Proceed means the Damages Based Agreement which governs Our relationship with You, alongside these (TOE).
Agreement to Proceed means the Legal Partner’s Instruction document, which will be provided to you in the Legal Pack. By completing the Agreement to Proceed You provide Instruction for the Legal Partner to proceed with a Plevin PPI Claim(s) on your behalf.
Agreement to Proceed means formal written authority from the Authority that a Customer (other than the Authority) may order Goods under this Framework Agreement; “Authority Data” (a) the data, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sounds (together with any database made up of any of these) which are embodied in any electronic, magnetic, optical or tangible media, and which are: (i) supplied to the Contractor by or on behalf of the Authority; or “Call-Off Contract” (ii) which the Contractor is required to generate, process, store or transmit pursuant to this Framework Agreement and/or any Call-Off Contract; and/or (b) any Personal Data for which the Authority is the Data Controller; means: any call-off contract entered pursuant to this Framework Agreement between the Contractor and a Customer for the supply of Goods; and in each case, the forms of which are set out in Annex 11;

  • TCG Legal reserves the right to assign the Agreement to Proceed and all rights under it and to subcontract to others all or any of Our obliga�ons under it.

  • If You do not instruct TCG Legal in wri�ng but instruct TCG Legal over the telephone, You will s�ll be bound by the Agreement to Proceed.

  • You may cancel this Agreement to Proceed at any time after you have signed it by either using the Cancellation Form enclosed (also available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇).

  • If necessary, the developer(s) shall enter into a Memorandum of Understanding or an Agreement to Proceed with RMCL (representing the current dwelling house owners of the Riverwoods Housing Development) prior to the commencement of the construction of the townhouses on the parcel(s) of land in the best interest of all parties to avert and or treat with any perceived misunderstandings/disruptions/inconveniences.

  • By completing the Agreement to Proceed You to provide Instruction for the Legal Partner to proceed with a Plevin PPI Claim(s) on your behalf.

  • By signing this Agreement, you expressly request TCG Legal to commence your Claim immediately and prior to the expiration of the Cancellation Period (the ‘Cancellation Period’ is the 14 days after the date that you sign this Agreement to Proceed).
