INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT. Xxxxxx.xxx shall be solely responsible for providing Customers with installation, maintenance and technical integration support with respect to Software. Distributor shall notify Xxxxxx.xxx as soon as possible, and within no more than twenty-four (24) hours or one (1) Business Day, whichever period is longer, of Distributor's receipt of any Customer request for support or assistance with respect to Software.
