Evaluation License Grant. Notwithstanding Section 2 of this Agreement, if Customer is provided with evaluation Products or Cloud Services, then the term of use for evaluation will be limited to the free trial period specified in the Order or as otherwise determined by LogRhythm (the "Evaluation Period"). During the Evaluation Period, LogRhythm grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the evaluation Products or access and use the evaluation Cloud Service: (a) for internal use in a non-production capacity; and (b) to test and evaluate the Products or Cloud Service to assist Customer in its purchase decision. Any evaluation hardware provided to Customer shall remain the property of LogRhythm. Upon the expiration of the Evaluation Period the license or right of use granted to Customer will terminate and, within five (5) days after such termination, Customer will, at its own expense, uninstall all copies of the evaluation Software, and return the evaluation Hardware, if applicable, to LogRhythm. The evaluation of the Products are provided “AS IS” and no warranty obligations of LogRhythm will apply and Support Services obligations do not apply to any evaluation Services.

Notwithstanding Section 2 or 3 of the Agreement, if Customer is provided with evaluation Cloud Services, then the term of use for evaluation will be limited to the free trial period specified in the Order or as otherwise determined by LogRhythm (the "Evaluation Period"). During the Evaluation Period, LogRhythm grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- sublicensable right to access and use the evaluation Cloud Service; (a) for internal use in a non-production capacity; and (b) to test and evaluate the Cloud Service to assist Customer in its purchase decision. Upon the expiration of the Evaluation Period, the license or right of use granted to Customer will terminate. The evaluation of the Cloud Services is provided “AS IS” and no warranty obligations of LogRhythm will apply and Support Services obligations do not apply to any evaluation Cloud Services.
Evaluation License Grant. You may use the Software solely for evaluation and testing purposes. No support is provided. There is no time limitation to the trial period.
Evaluation License Grant. Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to install and use 1 (one) copy of the "Software" solely for evaluation and trial purposes subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The trial license of the "Software" does not extend to ant comercial or any other form of production and/or delivery environment. If You have downloaded or otherwise received an evaluation version of the Software, You are authorized to use the Software on a royalty-free basis for evaluation purposes during the initial evaluation period of thirty (30) days. During the evaluation period, You may copy the Software for archival purposes, provided that any copy must contain the original Software's proprietary notices in unaltered form. You have the option to register for full use of the Software at any time during the evaluation period by following the instructions in the accompanying documentation and/or on the "Software" screens, including the payment of the required license fee. Your use of the Software for any purpose after the expiration of the initial evaluation period is not authorized without written approval from agersoftware. Upon expiration of the limited evaluation period, you must remove the "Software" from your computer or purchase a license for the "Software".
Evaluation License Grant. Section 2.2 and this Section 3.1 are the only revisions that apply to the evaluation of LogRhythm’s products, all other terms and conditions contained herein shall not apply. During the Agreement, if Customer desires to evaluate any of LogRhythm’s other products, the following terms shall apply. During the evaluation period, which shall be thirty days from the delivery of the Evaluation Products” (the “Evaluation Period”) hardware and/or software (the “Products”), and subject to Customer’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, LogRhythm grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Software only: (a) in object code form; (b) for internal use in a non-production environment at customer’s facility; and (c) to test and evaluate the Software in order to assist Customer in its decision to purchase a license for full commercial use of the Software. Customer will only use the Software for testing and evaluating the Software in accordance with instructions and under conditions suggested by LogRhythm. Customer agrees to allow LogRhythm direct remote access to the evaluation environment during the evaluation period. Any hardware or equipment provided to Customer shall remain the property of LogRhythm and will be returned upon termination of this Agreement. Upon the expiration of the Evaluation Period the license granted to Customer will terminate and, within five (5) days after such expiration or termination, Customer will, at its own expense, uninstall all copies of the Software, return the Hardware and Software and/or destroy all copies of the Software and all other Information in its possession to LogRhythm and certify in writing that Customer has performed the foregoing.
Evaluation License Grant. With respect to Evaluation Software provided under the terms of a Loan Agreement, Mercury hereby grants Licensee, subject to Licensee’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and such Loan Agreement, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable, royalty- free license, to internally use, review and evaluate the Evaluation Software solely for the purpose of testing and evaluating the implementation of the Evaluation Software for Licensee’s product design activities (such license, the “Evaluation License”).

During the Evaluation Period, which shall be thirty days from delivery of the Evaluation Software unless otherwise specified in an Order, subject to Customer’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, LogRhythm grants to Customer a limited, non- exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Evaluation Software only: (a) in object code form; (b) for internal use in a non-production environment at Customer’s facility; and (c) to test and evaluate the Software in order to assist Customer in its decision to purchase a license for full commercial use of the Software. Any evaluation hardware or equipment (“Evaluation Hardware”) provided to Customer shall remain the property of LogRhythm. Upon the expiration of the Evaluation Period the license granted to Customer will terminate and, within five (5) days after such termination, Customer will, at its own expense, uninstall all copies of the Evaluation Software, and return the Evaluation Hardware, if applicable, to LogRhythm. Evaluation Software and Evaluation Hardware are provided “as is” and LogRhythm disclaims any warranty or liability obligations to Customer of any kind with respect to the evaluation.

During the evaluation period, which shall be thirty days from delivery of the evaluation products unless otherwise specified in an Order (the “Evaluation Period”), subject to Customer’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, LogRhythm grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Software only: (a) in object code form; (b) for internal use in a non-production environment at Customer’s facility; and (c) to test and evaluate the Software in order to assist Customer in its decision to purchase a license for full commercial use of the Software. Any evaluation hardware or equipment provided to Customer shall remain the property of LogRhythm. Upon the expiration of the Evaluation Period the license granted to Customer will terminate and, within five (5) days after such expiration or termination, Customer will, at its own expense, uninstall all copies of the Software, and return the evaluation Hardware, if applicable, to LogRhythm. EVALUATION SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE PROVIDED BY LOGRHYTHM TO CUSTOMER IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND LOGRHYTHM DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OR LIABILITY OBLIGATIONS TO CUSTOMER OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE EVALUATION.
Evaluation License Grant. If Licensee is accessing the Product for evaluation purposes, then subject to the terms and restrictions set forth in this XXXX and any accompanying sales Agreement (an “Agreement”), Licensor grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non- transferable, non-assignable, non-leaseable, limited, and revocable license for the Product, in object code form only, for up to the number of agreed authorized users to use the Product internally, for the sole purpose of evaluating its capabilities and considering a potential purchase of a License. If no specific number of agreed users is evidenced in writing, the authorized number shall be no more than three. This Evaluation License will terminate automatically a) thirty (30) days after the Effective Date; b) immediately upon breach of this License; or c) as ATS otherwise agrees in writing.

During the Evaluation Period, LogRhythm grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the evaluation Cloud Service; (a) for internal use in a non-production capacity; and (b) to test and evaluate the Cloud Service to assist Customer in its purchase decision.
