Installation by BUYER. Installation will be carried out by the BUYER, who shall, at its own expense, provide the skilled and unskilled labor, all equipments and everything necessary for the installation of the EQUIPMENT, which installation shall be supervised by the BUYER. The BUYER shall be responsible for installation of the EQUIPMENT subject only to the BUILDER being responsible for negligent incorrect Installation Instructions provided in writing by the BUILDER, and, for the avoidance of doubt, the BUILDER's liability for such negligent incorrect Installation Instructions shall be limited to repairing, replacing or issuing a credit in the amount of the unit price of the part in defect as set out in Article 5.1 above.

Installation by BUYER a) Where the Buyer’s order is for supply and delivery of the Goods only and installation is to be carried out by Buyer or a third party, Seller shall provide commercially reasonable project support to the Buyer for the installation of the Goods for up to two (2) Business Days on the applicable site. Any further requests from the Buyer to attend the site during installation must be agreed to in writing by Seller and shall be chargeable to the client in accordance with Seller’s standard schedule or rates applicable at that time.
