Installation of Units. As part of Subtenant's initial Subtenant Improvements, Subtenant shall install the Units on the Pad, and shall perform such installation in accordance with the terms of the Sublease, including Section 16.2 entitled "Subtenant Improvements". Subtenant shall ensure that the Units are appropriately seismically braced and stacked in such a manner as to allow the future installation of an additional HVAC unit.

Installation of Units. Prior to installing the assembled units, the foundation on which these units are to be placed shall be cut or filled and graded to the lines and grades shown on the construction drawings. Surface irregularities, loose material, and vegetation shall be removed during the preparation of the foundation. The units are carried to their final position and connected with the adjoining empty units along the vertical and top edges of their contact surfaces using the same connecting procedure(s) described in second paragraph Section 4.8.1. Whenever a structure requires more than one layer of units, the upper layer shall be connected to the top of the lower layer along the front and back edges of the contacts.
Installation of Units. 5.1 Given the fact that Tracker requires the use of a Unit in order to render the Services, if Tracker receives an Order from the Client and wishes to accept the Order, subject to the further provisions of this clause 5, Tracker shall install a Unit (the ownership of which will remain with Tracker in the applicable Vehicles set out in the Vehicle Schedule forming part of the Order within a reasonable period after Tracker receives the completed and signed Order from the Client. 5.2 Certain Vehicles may not be compatible with the Unit and may require an inspection by Tracker prior to the installation of the Unit in the Vehicle. To the extent that Tracker determines that a Vehicle is not compatible with the Unit, then Tracker may reject the applicable Order and may refuse to install the Unit on that Vehicle resulting in it being unable to render the Services. 5.3 The Client must make the Vehicle available to Tracker for installation of the Unit at the scheduled times, failing which the Client will be liable for a call-out fee. The Vehicle must also be made available at a suitable location which Tracker reasonably believes to be safe and where there is limited opportunity for third parties to witness the installation of the Unit, failing which Tracker may require the Client to deliver the Vehicle to one of Tracker’s fitment centres at which installation of the 6.1 Subject to clause 6.2, the Services shall commence, in respect of each Order, on the Order Commencement Date. 6.2 Where there is more than one Vehicle specified in an Order that is accepted by Tracker, then Tracker will only provide the Services applicable to a particular Vehicle after Tracker has both installed and Commissioned a Unit in the relevant Vehicle. 6.3 Tracker shall not be required to provide any Services relating to any Vehicles in which a Unit has not been both installed and Commissioned by Tracker. Where a Unit installed in a Vehicle ceases to be Commissioned, Tracker’s obligations to provide any Services in relation to that Vehicle will also cease. 6.4 Subject to clause 22, Tracker shall use its reasonable commercial endeavours to maintain the availability of the Services to the Client in the Territory. 6.5 If the Vehicle is stolen in the Territory during the term of the applicable Order, Tracker shall use its best endeavours to locate the Vehicle provided that the Service subscribed to by the Client includes the location of stolen or hi-jacked vehicles, and provided further that:- 6....
Installation of Units. GameTech will provide Distributor with the installation specifications, which shall be required to be provided by the customer. (The customer(s) must provide, in particular, a dedicated phone line and electricity.) GameTech will provide all equipment to operate the Products and will install the Products at the customer's site.   • Installation When installation is required, the Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the Commodities or parts in the required locations at no additional charge. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the Commodity or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, tools, rigging, labor, and materials required to install or replace the Commodities or parts in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.
