INSTRUCTION AND TRAINING FOR CARDIAC EMERGENCY. The School shall comply with the requirements of ORC Sections 3313.6021 and 3313.6023, unless it is: a. An internet- or computer-based community school; or b. A community school in which a majority of the enrolled students is comprised of children with disabilities as described in ORC Section 3314.35(A)(4)(b).
