Non-Instructional Days 4. School Accreditation
Instructional Assignment The period of an instructional assignment during an academic year shall not exceed an average of seventy-five (75) days per semester and the period for testing, advisement, and other scheduled assignments shall not exceed an average of ten (10) days per semester. Within each semester, activities referred to above shall be scheduled during contiguous weeks with the exception of spring break, if any.
Form instructions 1. This form does not mandate the use of a specific font size or style but the font must be legible.
Instructional Day The instructional day shall be three-hundred (300) minutes commencing with the start of opening exercises or the start of instruction, whichever comes first, and ending with the students’ dismissal from school for the day exclusive of lunch, nutrition breaks, and recess break(s).
Delivery/Installation Instructions Due to the varying locations and circumstances involved in deliveries and installations, all deliveries and installations will be quoted on a project by project basis. All installation, labor, and or delivery charges must be shown as a separate line item on quotes and invoices. One of the following delivery methods must be specified on every Agency Purchase Order:
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS Unless otherwise instructed, all goods are to be shipped prepaid, FOB Destination, as defined in RCW Title 62A. Where specific authorization is granted to ship goods FOB Shipping Point, the Contractor agrees to prepay all shipping charges, to route cheapest common carrier, and to bill the UW as a separate item on the invoice for the charges. The UW reserves the right to refuse COD shipments. Regardless of FOB point, the Contractor agrees to bear all risks of loss, injury, or destruction of goods and materials ordered herein that occur prior to delivery, and such loss, injury, or destruction shall not release the Contractor from any obligation hereunder.
