Instructional Coach. A teacher assigned to the position of Literacy Coach and a teacher assigned to the position of Math Coach shall receive additional compensation in the amount of $5,000 to compensate for an extended school day and an extended school year. The parties recognize that any position which is created with funds from a grant will be eliminated when the grant ends.
