Common use of Instructional Day Clause in Contracts

Instructional Day. 24 The hours of employment defined in Sections A.1., A.2., and A.3. above shall include 25 at least the required number of instructional minutes to qualify for incentive funding 26 provided in Education Code, Section 46201. The designation of instructional time 27 shall conform to the law. Subject to the foregoing, the minimum number of 28 instructional minutes shall be: 30 Kindergarten 36,000 31 Grades 1, 2, and 3 50,400 32 Grades 4 and 5 54,000 33 Grades 6, 7, and 8 64,800 34 Grades 9, 10, 11, and 12 64,800 35 except that: 37 a.
