Instructional Overload Compensation. A faculty member on payroll at any time during the 2010-2011 academic year, who teaches in excess of 30 net contact hours per academic year, 18 net contact hours per semester or during the summer session, shall be paid additional compensation at the overload rate of $1,118 effective September 1, 2008 per contact hour; $1,140 effective September 1, 2009 per contact hour; $1,163 effective September 1, 2010. A faculty member may teach a maximum of one overload course per semester; two overload courses per year. However, this restriction may be waived by the President and/or designee. A faculty member who teaches in excess of 30 net contact hours per academic year, 18 net contact hours per semester or during the summer session, shall be paid additional compensation at the overload rate of $1,186 effective September 1, 2011 per contact hour; $1,210 effective September 1, 2012 per contact hour; and $1,234 effective September 1, 2013 per contact hour. A faculty member may teach a maximum of one overload course per semester; two overload courses per year. However, this restriction may be waived by the President and/or designee.

A faculty member may teach a maximum of one overload course per semester; two overload courses per year. However, this restriction may be waived by the President and/or designee.

  • Overload Compensation ‌ An instructional faculty member may be given overload compensation for additional instructional responsibilities beyond the normal work day or work year. The conditions and compensation of all overload duties shall be established prior to the beginning of additional instructional work. The rate of compensation shall be paid on a prorated salary basis. When calculating the prorated hourly salary under this section, the academic year salary shall be divided by 1344 hours. Faculty members have the option of refusing additional work assignments: when this occurs the rate of compensation will be agreed upon between the employer and the faculty member.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion.
