Restructuring 24.1 In the event that all or part of the work undertaken by the employee will be affected by the employer entering into an arrangement whereby a new employer will undertake the work currently undertaken by the employee, the employer will meet with the employee, providing information about the proposed arrangement and an opportunity for the employee to comment on the proposal, and will consider and respond to their comments. The employee has the right to seek the advice of their union or to have the union act on their behalf.
Grantor Recognition Subrecipient shall insure recognition of the role of the County in providing services through this Contract. All activities, facilities and items utilized pursuant to this Contract shall be prominently labeled as to funding source. In addition, Subrecipient will include a reference to the support provided herein in all publications made possible with funds made available under this Contract. Subrecipient will retain documentation of such recognition, which shall be available for periodic monitoring by representatives of County or HUD.
Local Health Integration Networks and Restructuring In the event of a health service integration with another service provider the Employer and the Union agree to meet.
Land Acquisition and Resettlement 8. The Borrower shall cause NHA to ensure that all land acquisition and resettlement proceed in accordance with applicable laws, and ADB’s Policy on Involuntary Resettlement, as well as in accordance with the framework set out in the agreed upon resettlement plan.
AGREEMENT AND RECOGNITION 1.1 This is an Agreement made and entered into this eighteenth day of January 2023, between the Oxnard Union High School District Board of Trustees, hereinafter referred to as "District", and the Oxnard Federation of Teachers and School Employees, Local 1273, hereinafter referred to as "Federation."
Conditions to Payment, Transfer or Exchange Freddie Mac, its agent or any other person potentially required to withhold with respect to payments on a Note shall have the right to require a Holder of a Note, as a condition to payment of principal of or interest on such Note, or as a condition to transfer or exchange such Note, to present at such place as Freddie Mac, its agent or such other person shall designate a certificate in such form as Freddie Mac, its agent or such other person may from time to time prescribe, to enable Freddie Mac, its agent or such other person to determine its duties and liabilities with respect to (i) any taxes, assessments or governmental charges which Freddie Mac, the Global Agent, the Exchange Administrator or such other person, as the case may be, may be required to deduct or withhold from payments in respect of such Note under any present or future law of the United States or jurisdiction therein or any regulation or interpretation of any taxing authority thereof; and (ii) any reporting or other requirements under such laws, regulations or interpretations. Freddie Mac, its agent or such other person shall be entitled to determine its duties and liabilities with respect to such deduction, withholding, reporting or other requirements on the basis of information contained in such certificate or, if no certificate shall be presented, on the basis of any presumption created by any such law, regulation or interpretation, and shall be entitled to act in accordance with such determination.
Split Transactions You can instruct a merchant to charge your Card for part of a purchase and pay any remaining amount with cash or another card. This is called a “split transaction.” Some merchants do not permit split transactions. If you wish to conduct a split transaction, you must tell the merchant the exact amount you would like charged to your Card. If you fail to inform the merchant you would like to complete a split transaction and you do not have sufficient available funds in your Account to cover the entire purchase amount, your Card is likely to be declined.

Historical Transaction Amounts For each of the two years ended 31 December 2021 and 2022 and the six months ended 30 June 2023, the historical transaction amounts paid by Poly Developments and Holdings Group to the Group in respect of property management services under the 2021-2023 Property Management Services Framework Agreements were RMB197.9 million, RMB202.5 million and RMB80.3 million, respectively.
