INSUFFICIENT EMPLOYEE FUNDS TO PAY DUES/FEES. If an employee does not have sufficient funds due him/her to provide for the payment of dues or service fees after all other authorized or mandatory deductions or garnishments have been made, no such sums shall be deducted and the Union shall assume the duty of direct collection from the employee. The Union shall assume the same responsibility in all cases where no deductions have been made because an employee’s earnings are insufficient during any pay period to pay such dues or services fees.

  • Health Spending Account contributions by the Executive will cease on the Effective Date. The Executive may submit claims against the balance accrued to the Effective Date, until the end of the calendar year in which the Effective Date occurs.
